Terms of Service

Sentink Rewards is a respondent panel where eligible members can answer surveys and redeem earned balance for digital gift cards and other rewards we make available. Features, survey supply, reward catalog, and payout options may change over time.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country, if higher) and able to form a binding contract. You must provide accurate registration and profile information and keep it updated. One person may maintain only one active account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Survey invitations depend on client demand and your profile. Completing a survey does not guarantee payment if you fail screening, provide low-quality or dishonest answers, attempt to manipulate results, or violate these terms. Earnings appear in your wallet according to our rules and may be adjusted if fraud or error is detected.

You may redeem available balance for rewards once you meet any published minimum threshold. Gift cards and codes are generally final once issued. Reward availability, denominations, and delivery times depend on third-party suppliers. We are not responsible for loss after a code has been delivered to your registered email, or for supplier outages outside our reasonable control.

You will not create fake or duplicate accounts, use VPNs or bots to misrepresent your location or identity, share survey content publicly when confidentiality is required, harass others, abuse the platform, or attempt to reverse-engineer or overload our systems. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules.

You grant Sentink a license to host and process the information you submit so we can operate the panel, match surveys, and fulfill rewards. Do not submit unlawful or infringing content.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. By using Sentink Rewards you also acknowledge that policy.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Survey volume and earnings are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentink is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to Sentink Rewards is limited to the greater of (a) the rewards value successfully redeemed to you in the three months before the claim or (b) USD 50, except where the law does not allow such limits.

You may close your account by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, fraud risk, inactivity, or legal reasons. Unused balance may be forfeited on termination for serious breach or fraud, subject to mandatory consumer law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence says otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, and courts in Berlin, Germany, have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
