This policy applies to people who visit sentink-rewards.com, create a Sentink Rewards account, complete their profile, answer surveys, redeem gift cards, or contact support about the Rewards panel.

We may collect account details (name, email, mobile number, password), profile attributes you provide (such as country, gender, age band, and other targeting fields), survey responses and screening answers, wallet and redemption activity, device and usage data (browser, IP address, pages visited), and messages you send to support.

We use your data to create and secure your account, match you with relevant surveys, credit earnings, process reward redemptions, prevent fraud and duplicate accounts, improve the panel experience, send service messages (such as verification codes and redemption confirmations), and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

When you answer a survey, research clients generally receive aggregated or anonymized results for that study. They do not receive your name, email, or phone number through Sentink Rewards. Some studies may ask questions that identify you within the survey itself; answering those questions is optional unless required for that study’s screening.

Depending on your location, we may process data to perform our contract with you (providing the panel and rewards), for legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement), with your consent where required, or to comply with law.

We may share data with infrastructure, email, analytics, fraud-prevention, and gift-card fulfillment providers that help us run Sentink Rewards. We require those processors to protect data appropriately. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Sentink, our users, or others.

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as needed for rewards history, fraud prevention, and legal retention. You can request account deletion; some records may be retained where the law requires it.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please use a strong password and keep your login details private.

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for those transfers.
